15 down!! :)

15 lbs lighter and smiling! The only mistake I made this week was taking a cheat day yesterday instead of waiting after my weigh in this morning. But thats ok. I learned a valuable lesson…I thought I couldnt have a cheat day because of what happened to me previously. I was wrong! I proved to myself that I can do it and then get back to healthy eating the next day. I had a good day yesterday with my family..ate some of my favorites things without going overboard and today I started off my day with a healthy breakfast! :)  My weight loss this week was 1 lb and that got me to my first mini goal of losing 15 lbs! I am very happy about my progress.

    I learned both of those things as well: take the cheat day after weigh in or a few day before weigh on and that you can actually eat what you want if it’s not so often and combined with lots of exercise, rest, and good eating! Many congrats to you on your 15lbs!!
