The wonderful feeling green brings….
Good morning buddies!
Well we all know what last week was like for me…no loss..no gain…just one of “those” weeks. But the sun did rise again and life was set back into motion.
I got my bootie movin and groovin. I exercised..I danced…I jumped around with the kiddos. Why no one ever tells us there is power in acting like a kid I don’t know…must be one of those ancient Chinese secrets. 
It was a good week. I got up this morning praying for some kind of loss….I will take a lb at least I said…looked down at the scale 183….huh?! Step off…..begin again….183..OHHHHHHH MYYYYYY! I lost 5 lbs. I log into buddyslim….YOU HAVE EARNED A GREEN STAR! ohhh me likey the green! So pretty…what a wonderful feeling of accomplishment!! I will take a green star or any star on buddyslim over a bag of chips anyday.
