Position available: Accountability buddy

I need a tough person. I mean seriously…someone willing to ask me “WHY IN THE HELL DID YOU EAT THAT?” But also someone tough enough to be asked the same thing.

Terms are of course negotiable as to how often we check in on each other, etc…

It doesn’t matter if its someone on my team…..someone from another team…someone from my buddy list or even someone I don’t know yet.

I had a so-so day. I spent my whole day just dreading going to Curves for my weigh-in & measure. I don’t know why, but weighing in there seems so much different than when I do it at home. I guess because I somehow want them to know I am working as hard as I can. If I see very little results with my lbs. loss or in my measurements, I feel like I failed. I think that’s normal. So I took a deep breath and got everything done. Since I joined Curves January 14th, I have lost 34 lbs and 16.5 inches. NOTHING’S STOPPIN ME!!! My Curves owner thinks I am her poster child.  lol  I am not sure I deserve that honor, but I am hoping by her putting my numbers up, I may encourage some of the others to continue when they want to quit. One of the most important things..I WON’T QUIT!

Every lb. I lose…every inch I see melt away only pushes me forward to that next Curves weigh in. SO I CAN SHARE IT ALL WITH YOU GUYS! Thank you for supporting me and encouraging me! I appreciate you all so much.

I have never been one to fall for gimmicks or silly infomercials. Sure I have ordered workout videos with fantastic results. Yet I have never even thought about ordering the magic toothbrush or a strange looking ball that’s supposed to remove any & all stains. lol  My hubby listens to all the infomercials on XM radio on his way to & from work. About 3 weeks ago, he was telling me about a colon cleanser. I know what you are thinking..lol…but he was actually being nice. I have hypothyroidism and one of the symptoms is irregularity…sometimes very severe. He gave me the name and I told him I would think on it. I don’t like to take any kind of medication without knowing every detail about it. It just so happened that night on TV we caught one of the infomercials for Dual Action Cleanse.  After a few minutes of listening, I was like WOW…I wonder if it will work for me. My only fear was having a reaction like I did to the dieter’s tea. Lets just say I couldn’t leave the bathroom and my stomach hurt so bad I felt like I was in labor. YIKES!

Needless to say I didn’t want to buy it just yet. However I was strolling through Walmart and what do I see on the shell next to all my yummy fiber pills….you got it..Dual Action Cleanse. So I bought it. I have about a week and a half left of taking a month’s supply. I am very pleased with the results so far. It works just like they say it does. I feel lighter…cleaner…and not so tired. 

So I thought I would let all you ladies & gents know about it. You may be like me and never listen to the infomercials but I am glad I took the time with this one.
