Prayer Group
I started thinking I would like to have a group that anyone can post prayers, request prayers….just generally talk about anything religious or spiritual. I started one in the weight loss challenge section of the forum simply because it is easy to find. 
ABSOLUTELY anyone is welcome. I know some people think weight loss has nothing to do with God but some of us think differently and we rely on God for EVERYTHING in our lives.
So please feel free to go in and relax. *WARM HUGS & GOD BLESS*

I have seen it and posted in it already- thanks so much what a great idea! I think it will be a little easier for some people to post in there rather than write a blog and run the risk of being criticized for it. I’m sure we will run into each other a lot there!!

God has everything to do with EVERYTHING in our life if we allow HIM. I feel I will be successful in losing weight this time and keeping it off; because I have turned my body over to Him. Afterall, He created my temple (body) and I have done damage to it by being so overweight. I’ve given myself over to Him in completion and have faith I will become healthier in HIS name and Purpose.
