Good Sunday Morning All

I haven’t been on much this weekend. Friday I had to leave work early. My daughter (the one thats pregnant) called & said she was having horrible stomach pain. I took her to the hospital. Don’t want to go into detail….but she is going to be ok. She will need to rest for the next week or so. She had an ultrasound and she is having  a GIRL! YIPPEE!!! So we bought lots & lots of pink stuffs :)

I have been walking alot trying to stretch myself and get ready for some more strenuous exercises. It’s going pretty well..despite the rain we have been having (THANK GOD) I still have a treadmill :) I have walked 46 miles for my walking challenge.

I am off work for the next 2 days so I hope to start with a new exercise tomorrow. I have an old Buns of Steel VHS tape that I used to love. I think I will give ol’ Greg Smithey a try again ;)

    Thanks for your advice on my blog. You are right, I can see what I’m doing so it’s not too late to stop it before it happens! The menu idea is great, I will do one out tonight for tomorrow and stick to it!
