Over the past 4 months since my daughter became pregnant, I have gained back all the weight I lost. Though it really saddens me,I promised myself I would not let it get me down. I have been stressed and ate anything everyone else was.  But I have to remember I am putting myself in danger and I want to be around for many more years to watch my grandchild(ren) grow up.

So here I go again!!!!

They actually do! I am amazed. I have been going back & forth to the doctor for quite some time now trying to get my medications lined out,so I will have some energy. Just SOME would be nice. Since this is umpteenth time I have had a dosage increase, I am finally getting out of NO gear and into slow gear. Thats a huge improvement for me. I am slowly getting into a workout routine. I know since I have been “off the wagon” for a long time, slow & steady will get me back into some sort of shape. I have a plan. I know I can do it. I am so glad everyone is still here & doing so well. I look forward to getting reacquainted with you all!

AND HUGE NEWS……I AM GONNA BE A GRANNY IN DECEMBER!!! YEAHH! My first grandchild..I am so excited!
